We design our gear for day hikes, weekend adventures, and everyday life outside. If something doesn’t work out — or if the trail leaves its mark — we’ve got you covered.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unused
  • Items must be in original condition, with tags
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment
  • Refunds apply to the purchase price of the item(s) only
  • Please allow 5–15 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider

Exchanges

  • Option to exchange for a different size, product or store credit
  • Exchange items must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns

How to Start a Return

1.    To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through the contact form with your order number and details about the return. 

2.   A shipping return slip will be issued once we confirm your order.

*Local exchanges/ In store exchanges can be arranged if available in your area.

 


 

 Lifetime Repair Warranty

Our goal is simple: Keep good gear on the trail and out of the landfill.

Our apparel is made to be worn outside — on local trails, in the backcountry, through forest paths, down coastal walks, and in the parks close to home. Branches get snagged, rocks get scraped, and sometimes gravity wins. That’s all part of getting out there.

That’s why we offer a Lifetime Repair Warranty.

What’s Covered

  • Wear and tear from regular use
  • Accidental rips, tears, and punctures from trail conditions
  • Seams, stitching, buttons, snaps, and zippers
  • Replacement pole parts
  • Re-waterproofing

Repaired gear may not look the exact same as new, but it will function well with a story to tell.

What’s Not Covered

  • Socks (they work hard, then retire)

How to Request a Repair

To start a repair, contact our customer support team through the repair form with:

  • Your order number (if available)
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short description of what happened (bonus points for a good story)

We believe the best gear is the kind that gets used, repaired, and used again — season after season.
